Let us know about reckless drivers; speeders and public transport operators behaving badly. Make sure you include sufficient information and quality images or videos in order for us to escalate your report to the relevant authorities.

Please note that complaints of a serious nature i.e. excessive speeding and illegal and dangerous driving behaviour can be formally registered by yourself at the nearest SAPS. We welcome guiding you through this process.

Traffic-related violations like illegal parking, vehicles parking in drive ways or vehicles blocking traffic flow should be reported immediately to 021-596 1999.

Please ensure that you do not report the matter on your cellphone whilst driving; log the report when it is safe to do so.
