Tomorrow, Monday 14 December 2020, the Western Cape Minister of Transport and Public Works, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will visit the Garden Route District to raise awareness of and to assess compliance with Covid-19 regulations in long distance transport.
The visit forms part of the Minister’s continued drive to spread information about and to encourage travelers to follow Covid-19 golden rules of hygiene for keeping safe and to ensure public transport operators and passengers comply with the regulations.
The Garden Route is recording an increase in the numbers of Covid-19 infections and hospitalisations in the province.
