Every Saturday it's really madness at the cemetery in klip road cars and busses coursing congestion I don't know how emergency vehicles are able to get through when responding to calls.Something need to be done and this is a matter of urgency.

According to the council regulations, they are not allowed to operate loads from over the road/ outside of the building site, but they do. They even have one enitre part of the road blocked and used as a storage for building materials.
