This woman has a child in the car and she was in and out of the yellow line all the time. Almost smashed into other vehicles. When i got the opportunity to get next to her, i saw she was busy typing on her cellpone

Drove over red light on R45 crossing between Paarl, Wellington & Malmesbury. Drove on my tail a d passes me on straight road line which you are not allowed to pass any cars. There was other people also in the government car with driver.

Pushes people off the road to get pass. Attacked a lady that could not go in to the yellow lane by stopping dead. This happens every morning on the R44 with this car and every eveinging from 4:30.
