Vehicle drove at high speed up Buitengracht street in the left hand lane that only allows you to turn left. It crossed the intersection and squeezed in front of a truck that had to brake almost causing an accident

At 8:06 am a taxi crossed solid white line, crossed into on coming traffic, crossed over median, continued for approx 700m in oncoming lane. The taxi broke white line and median traffic rules, recklessly engaged passages and drivers.
