This tax driver ignored road rules at the traffic circle, pulled out infront of me and almost caused a crash. He then dangerously changed lanes, stopped in the cycling lane to drop passengers off at the Constantia Primary School.

Taxi 's , cars driving in oncoming section of road causing traffic jams, and and forces vehicles to drive on the shoulder of the road to avoid collisions. This also creates a risk to pedestrians walking on the side of the road.
