Speeding pass me on the oncoming lane then stopped dead brakes in front of me before a red robot. I had to quickly pull hard brakes myself seeing that the road was wet.

These vehicles park in front of people's driveways, blocking them while others stop in the middle of the road holding up traffic. They use the road as a drop-off zone as the school which they come to has zero parking bays.
