From the pic one can clearly notice the number plate light but no other lights. When the truck stopped at the robot (intersection Vanguard and Frans Conradie Drive no break ligts were visible from the trailer or truck.

Vehicle moved on to the shoulder of the road where there were school kids trying to cross the road. While over taking me on the yellow line the school kids had to jump back to avoid being knocked over.
