Pedestrians Hopefield / Velddrif crossing needs circle

Action is needed on this R45 crossing. My suggestion is a circle to keep motorists from speeding. Last weekend 2 people was trapped inside the wreck. Previously a pedestrian was paralyzed in a hit and run accident.

The driver is constantly intoxicated and he drove away from a road block a couple of months ago. He resides in Vredenburg and comes to Green Village regularly
