R27 Nortbound towards Yzeforfontein/Langebaan around 4/5 km before R307 Atlantis turnoff Reckless overtaking even overtaking on left side of road,in yellow lane. Endangering a lot of lives!

Driver does not want to wait behind two cars and truck to join N7 highway,but rather crosses all yellow and white barrier lines to join N7 before truck and save 200m in process.
