He almost took my car & another off the road by speeding up behind us forcing his way between us. The other car had children, their daughter apparently got hurt by the safety belt, due to hitting the breaks.

These two cars pop each Sunday afternoon in the square next to no. 36 Elizabeth Crescent, They also pop each evening almost knocked into the gates of the neighbors - I called the police numerous times but no one responds- its very dangerous.

Taxi overtook vehicles in Pienaar Road already and stopped at the stop street in the lane for oncoming traffic. It turned into Ascot Road towards Loxton Road and continued in the oncoming traffic lane. There was a small girl on her mom's lap inside.

I drove down Windmeul Street and traffic light was green, so I continued driving, turning right. A car came speeding down Old Paarl Road, skipping the red light. I had to do an emergency stop to prevent a possible accident.
