While turning right onto the R310 from the R102 off-ramp, the vehicle went past other vehicles into the yellow lane and came speeding towards me almost colliding with my car. When I hooted at them they became aggressive towards me.

The driver overtook cars at a high speed on the gravel to the right of the far right lane. The car bounced around so badly that half of its number plate fixtures came loose, as shown in the attached photo.
