I was riding my bike. And every time I would attempt to pass. The individual would swerve to make it impossible for me to do so safely. I noticed the person only had 1 hand on the steering wheel and possibly concentrating on something else.

Is there no way that a designated traffic official can stand at that intersection and help regulate traffic please? Taxi drivers are making double lanes every single morning. It is complete chaos and lawlessness

Intersection of Oakhurst and Sandown, midday, load shedding so the traffic lights were off. This car did not stop or slow down, just drove through the intersection in the right hand lane, while another car was already turning in the intersection.
