Reckless Driving Brackenfell Boulevard

The driver was next to us in a turn lane (we were in the lane going straight) we started moving forward when the light turned green. The vehicle proceeded to push into our lane (no turn signal) while they were next to us nearly hitting my car.

Vehicle was swerving violently on the residential road. When I approached the vehicle at Northpine Shell Garage, I established that all occupants of this vehicle was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was barely able to lift his head.

Changed lanes with no indication while we were approaching. We were rather close to the car when driver did this, forcing an abrupt stop so we don't hit it. No headlights, no indicator, ZERO regard for traffic around it
