Drove over red light on R45 crossing between Paarl, Wellington & Malmesbury. Drove on my tail a d passes me on straight road line which you are not allowed to pass any cars. There was other people also in the government car with driver.

Vehicle zoomed fast through Lakeside suburbs to skip line of cars on Main Road by the Lakeside Picknpay. The vehicle then turned into Putter Road and drove into oncoming traffic to push onto Main Road.
