Every Friday at 1pm numerous cars park on both sides of DEAN STREET in Gardens Cape Town. They park on red lines while they attend Mosque nearby, leaving minimal space for large cars or trucks to drive pass.

Two very large “Hestony Transport” trucks, parked on a solid red line in rush hour traffic, completely blocking one direction of flow. They do this regularly, and it causes traffic back-ups in both directions.

The taxi parked in front of our property entrance at 40 Junction Road, obstructing my view of oncoming traffic. I had to nudge into the road to see if I can pull away, putting myself and others at possible risk, yet the taxi was not bothered.
