Taxi's going off route through the residential area, speeding past cars waiting to turn into Van Riebeeck Rd in the oncoming lane.

Vehicle swerved in front of our vehicle driven by my wife. Her avoiding action prevented a major collision. Driver almost caused a 2nd collision. Our daughter's legs were injured, and they were all severely traumatised.
