Taxi overtook vehicles in Pienaar Road already and stopped at the stop street in the lane for oncoming traffic. It turned into Ascot Road towards Loxton Road and continued in the oncoming traffic lane. There was a small girl on her mom's lap inside.

Driver moved into my path causing me to change lane. Did signal, she should have waited for me to pass as I was approaching her faster than she was travlling. Her action made me change lane to avoid her. Crossed one lane totally to enter my lane.

I drove down Windmeul Street and traffic light was green, so I continued driving, turning right. A car came speeding down Old Paarl Road, skipping the red light. I had to do an emergency stop to prevent a possible accident.

Two small children loose in th car: boy in front passenger seat and girl standing between front seats. No seat belt on child in front or the driver. Sped off after turning onto Old Oak then onto N1S well over speed limit.

I drove up Long street to turn into Orange street. A car came down Kloof street and illegally turned right at the traffic light almost crashing into me. He drove arrogantly with a care less attitude.
