Reckless Driving Robot Crossing between M14 and WestCoast Road (Entering into Melkbosstrand)

This has occurred multiple times that the driver of this vehicle has driven over a red robot, forced vehicles to drive in the yellow lane and passing multiple vehicles on a solid line with no clear view of oncoming traffic!
