Driver sped pass me. Saw me taking down his number at a traffic light and then refused to drive. Pretended to slice his neck with his hand as I passed him on the right. Stayed alongside me before speeding off and going through a red light.

Motorist made an illegal right turn into Engen Garage on Edgemead Drive to make a shortcut to get onto Bosmansdam Road Theres a clear sign stating no right turn between 6 and 9am in the week.

Ignored red lights from Eersteriver to Bellville. Exceeded the road limit; zig-zagged through cars. No patience for other vehicles. Drove pass 7-8 vehicles on the opposite side of up coming vehicles. Literally ignored all road safety driving.

According to the council regulations, they are not allowed to operate loads from over the road/ outside of the building site, but they do. They even have one enitre part of the road blocked and used as a storage for building materials.
