The driver of the above mentioned vehicle overtook myself on a solid white line with on coming traffic. Myself and the oncoming vehicles had to move into the yellow line on the side of the road to avoid an accident.

We are in residential area along vanguard drive and racing takes place every evening. Happening right now. They race along vanguard drive and in turfhall road. Sounds like vehicles have all been modified. Terrible noise sounds like aeroplanes.
