I noticed that the child in the car was not wearing a seat belt. He was standing on the backseat. I took the picture after one of the N1 offramps coming into the city, the car was turning left on D.F.Malan.

The driver along with his help refuse to give the people change for their money paid to use his service. He told the people they are paying more than what they use to. The help used foul language and the driver did nothing.
