Reckless Driving Frans Conradie Drive (Goodwood)

On Frans Conradie Drive the BMW crossed over the double thick solid white line and then braked right in front of me to take the first N1 City turn off. (They only indicated just as they started this dangerous move, leaving little time to adjust).

Driver ran several 4 way stops where the traffic lights were out in front of other cars, and rushed into my lane to pushing me out the way. I hooted and he started shouting, following me and pushing me off the road.

Overtaking others on white line almost caused a head on collision and 5 min later overtaking another vehicle doing the same. Driving very reckless seems like under the influence not sure if made safe to other end. Please action as this guy

This car overtook in oncoming traffic so close that my estimate was not more than 30cm away from me (I drive 46 years already). Then after me he overtook the truck in front of me on a solid line against oncoming traffic.
