Jubia Johnson is fixing cars and been warned from 2005, and continues to fix vehicles, law enforcement in Beacon Valley office doesn't respond within a 1 hour. They take there own time to get there, he fix the vehicle in 15 mins.

As I approached the bakkie on Ringwood Drive at the Forest Drive intersection, I noticed the ladder projecting from the rear by about 1 metre, without any flags. They continued like that turning right into Forest Drive and left into Jan Smuts Drive.

vehicle slowed down in the left hand straight lane almost causing an accident with a truck and a bike behind him to be able to skip the queue that takes the exit. A traffic officer needs to be there to fine these guys.

The vehicle did not have (or did not use) any working indicator lights and no brake lights at all. I drove behind this man on my way to work and had to reply on the brake lights on the car in front of him to see when traffic slows down suddenly.
