Reckless Driving Kommetjie Road

Cape Town

An old blue car was speeding over the speed limit, it almost hit but ran a skateboarder off the road. It then turned down Kirsten Ave, then to 13 Jacob Ave. in Kommetjie. The driver was approached. The driver was extremely drunk and aggressive.

Bakkie was parked for a while opposite my and my neighbour s drive ways make it difficult for us to come in and out.
