Reckless Driving Railway Road

I was driving down railway road (my right of way) when the bakkie entered my lane causing me to swerve into the yellow lane on the left shoulder of the road.

Repeatedly jumped between lanes without indicating properly or ensuring it was safe to do so. Nearly collided with multiple cars. Jumped lanes again without making sure it was safe to do so and even crossed over solid lines separating lanes.

At the traffic lights at intersection of Bosmansdam Road and N7 (on ramp - direction Malmesbury) - the lights had turned red, and the vehicle continued to simply drive throgh, when there was ample time to stop.

Male driver skipped yellow line and solid white line without indicating. He sped up considerably to jump the line & nearly rammed into the back of a car (several spaces in front of him)who crossed to the left lane on the broken white line.
