Reckless Driving Intersection of Hexrivier Rd and Jonkerskoek Weg

This car jumped the stop street and pulled over whilst I'm taking my toddler son to school. He looked very suspicious as he wanted to have an alteration with me whilst my son is in the car.

I had green arrows, but as I turned this clown just went through a solid red light. I hooted and he proceeded to become aggravating and reckless. Pathetic behaviour.
