Nissan sentra reversed into ongoing traffic. The driver never checked and at no point slowed down or indicated that she was aware of the traffic. the driver and passenger Were young teenage girls.

At 8:06 am a taxi crossed solid white line, crossed into on coming traffic, crossed over median, continued for approx 700m in oncoming lane. The taxi broke white line and median traffic rules, recklessly engaged passages and drivers.
