Illegal Parking Union Street (Corner of Kloof and Inion Street)

This car parked around 19:24 illegally on the right side of Union Street. It faced the wrong way. That corner is also very problematic - a red striped should be painted around that corner to prevent people parking there.

Driver jumped a 3 way stop-street intersection at high speed transporting a Mini Bus full of children. He then dropped the children at the school and drove off past another school at high speed endangering the children crossing the zebra crossing.
