This vehicle cut the queue by crossing over solid lines. Is the city going to do something about these vehicles before there is a massive accident again where people will die.

vehicle slowed down in the left hand straight lane almost causing an accident with a truck and a bike behind him to be able to skip the queue that takes the exit. A traffic officer needs to be there to fine these guys.

This traffic officer came with a very high speed, driving very near to me in the fast lane (I were in the middle lane) and cut in, in front of me. (not even using his flickers) His blue lights were not one, he was not chasing somebody.
