Multiple cars parked on the sidewalk preventing access. Almost all the time the sidewalks along Marais road are used by motorists as if they were roads or parking lots with little care for the inconvenience they cause to pedestrians.

Vehicle was parked on the side walk preventing people from using it. To top it off they parked directly underneath the sign indicating that they were on a sidewalk. The front license plate is also somewhat obscured.
