Illegal Parking Union Street (Corner of Kloof and Inion Street)

This car parked around 19:24 illegally on the right side of Union Street. It faced the wrong way. That corner is also very problematic - a red striped should be painted around that corner to prevent people parking there.

The vehicle did not have (or did not use) any working indicator lights and no brake lights at all. I drove behind this man on my way to work and had to reply on the brake lights on the car in front of him to see when traffic slows down suddenly.

2 motorcycles parked illegally on the pedestrian side walk. The 2 motorcycles are illegally parked in front of Arcadia Steps entrance and at 286 Kloof Road. The motorcycles are chained to our property fence at 286 Kloof Road.
