The deiver reversed back along the ledt hand lane. Pulle into the right hand lane, stopping traffic. And parked. All because he didnt qant to wait at the stop n go in Kalk Bay. Seems he's gone for dinner at Harbour House.

TAXI IS BLOCKING MAIN GATE OF THE MUSEUM. THE MUSEUM MANAGER HAS ASKED THE DRIVER TO MOVE THE TAXI BUT HE REFUSED. A LETTER WAS ALSO SENT TO THE TAXI ASSOCIATION BUT WAS IGNORED

Initially parked fully on the road and obstructing exit ramp for St Martini Gdns. Moved after arguments to let cars out. Red line no stopping zone! Centre for the Book allows offloading there :-(
