Illegal Parking Spar

3 young guys parking in disabled parking spot. I have told them it's disabled parking as I was sitting in the normal parking next to it. They laughed and went inside the store and ignored the warning of it being reserved for disabled people.

This vehicle cut across solid lines to skip the queue of traffic. He almost caused an accident on the N7 as vehicles including trucks had to brake hard to avoid him slowing down.

The vehicle did not have (or did not use) any working indicator lights and no brake lights at all. I drove behind this man on my way to work and had to reply on the brake lights on the car in front of him to see when traffic slows down suddenly.
