The truck ignored the queue of traffic and drove over the solid line to cut in to the front of the queue. This breaks the law and is also extremely dangerous as they are stopping the flow of traffic and could cause another fatal accident

In Riley Street, Parow Valley, close to Connaught road someone is working on cars at a private residence. The cars are parked on both sides of the road. One car can only drive down the road at any given time. He is obstructing traffic.
