This happens daily with different vehicles. He comes after 10:00am and parks illegally on the pavement. I have spoken to him & requested that he please move his vehicle, spoke to him politely but he promises to move yet the next day he is there.

Outside a primary school on a narrow road at pickup time, this neighbour parked on a speed bump to disrupt the two-way traffic for 15 minutes while he stood nearby saying he was sick of the school. I photographed this and he aggressively pushed me.
