Illegal Parking Union Street (Corner of Kloof and Inion Street)

This car parked around 19:24 illegally on the right side of Union Street. It faced the wrong way. That corner is also very problematic - a red striped should be painted around that corner to prevent people parking there.

Driver insist that it’s legal to park across from my driveway making it difficult for me to enter or exit. A courier knocked her the other day but still she insists on parking there and claims that we can ask her to move if we cannot come in or out.
