I was sitting in peak hour traffic and just before Racecourse Rd., a taxi passed me while driving along the cycle track/pedestrian path. All four wheels were on the path.

Driving on wrong side of the road( oncoming traffic) to not stand in the 400m traffic queue on Bosmandam Road going into Montague Gardens. Skipped about 20 vehicles.

Taxi was overtaking onto oncoming traffic and when turning left onto GNB, proceeded to mount the paving on the left to avoid sitting in traffic and drove along the paving till intersection with Racecourse Rd
