Both cars drove right over a solid barrier line. 2nd car nearly collided with another car inside of barrier line.

Taxi cut into my lane and almost rode into the front of my car. I had to press dead brakes to stop the car, with my baby and mother in the back seat.No consideration for road rule or safety of others.
