Person was weaving between traffic and cusring and gesturing rudely to numerous drivers. All other drivers were travelling at the speed limit, this idiot was either high or drunk, and just being an absolute menace on the road.

Cars belonging to the employees at shops at Howard Centre are parking all day in the 120min parking places in Logan Way. There is such a parking problem in that centre. Please can someone ticket the cars.

Parked across the m/cycle bays outside Arnold's in Kloof St. So where am I supposed to park my bike. I'm the bad guy if I park in the remaining bay behind him and block him in, of course...
