Appears to have turned right from Riebeek St by turning across the bus lanes at the pedestrian crossing and then driving up Adderley before turning left into Strand.

Driver was driving faster than our speed limit which is 30km\h where there are children, animals and other pedestrians present. Our streets are narrow and this person was driving too fast WITH a trailer as well.
