Inconsiderate Driving Edgemead Drive

Motorist made an illegal right turn into Engen Garage to use as shortcut to get onto Bosmansdam Road. Thereafter drove over a solid line on Bosmansdam Road to avoid long queue - to miss traffic Sign states no right turn between 6&9 am
