Every Friday at 1pm numerous cars park on both sides of DEAN STREET in Gardens Cape Town. They park on red lines while they attend Mosque nearby, leaving minimal space for large cars or trucks to drive pass.

Morning traffic headed in south on Fairtrees Rd. Two lanes heading south I drove right lane to a red robot when a truck came from behind in right lane and ran a red light, crossing at high speed.

Two very large “Hestony Transport” trucks, parked on a solid red line in rush hour traffic, completely blocking one direction of flow. They do this regularly, and it causes traffic back-ups in both directions.
