I indicated to enter fast lane, there was a sufficient gap as bakkie slowed down. Bakkie sped up behind & flashed. He pushed past in my lane & pushed me off the road onto the hard shoulder, blocked & stopped me, open his door & told me to 'passop'.

Driver sped pass me. Saw me taking down his number at a traffic light and then refused to drive. Pretended to slice his neck with his hand as I passed him on the right. Stayed alongside me before speeding off and going through a red light.

Ignored red lights from Eersteriver to Bellville. Exceeded the road limit; zig-zagged through cars. No patience for other vehicles. Drove pass 7-8 vehicles on the opposite side of up coming vehicles. Literally ignored all road safety driving.

According to the council regulations, they are not allowed to operate loads from over the road/ outside of the building site, but they do. They even have one enitre part of the road blocked and used as a storage for building materials.
