This vehicle was driving along the pavement to avoid the traffic. He was hooting at runners and pedestrians to get out of the way

The grey polo was undertaking dangerously in the yellow lane and cutting off cars, swerving dangerously, etc and almost caused multiple accidents in the process. He was also threatening other drivers and going bezerk. This person is dangerous.

Taxi 's , cars driving in oncoming section of road causing traffic jams, and and forces vehicles to drive on the shoulder of the road to avoid collisions. This also creates a risk to pedestrians walking on the side of the road.
