Trying to fix the car but he is breaking the car more and takes the owners money to fix it then he can't fix the vehicle then abandon the vehicle on the sidewalk and doesn't refund owner. They must come at night tow it.

He is fixing cars,Mechanics name : Jubia Johnson.He takes money before the time and don't fix the vehicles. He has been warned not to illegally parked or fix cars from his house from 2005 and still continues and I want to stay anonymous.
