Driver weaving in and out of traffic at high speed on the N1, cutting drivers off, nearly causing a collision

White bakkie was heading west down Paynw Street, Penzance Estate in Hout Bay and skipped two stop signs at corner of Lategan and Payne and again at Van Oudtshoorn and Payne. Reckless and dangerous driving with total disregard of stop signs.

Parked 100% blocking pavement outside empty driveway. Schoolchildren are forced to walk on roadway to pass. Asked politely to respect pavement and site supervisor became very aggressive.
