Illegal Parking Upper Leeuwen Street

The vehicle is parked halfway across my driveway. It makes pulling in and out of the driveway very difficult with 2 cars parked inside the garage. No consideration is given for parking in front of a driveway.

The driver of this motorcycle mounted the pavement outside Oakhurst Primary School to overtake stationary vehicles. There were pedestrians including primary school children on the pavement at the time.

The driver of the said vehicle was impatient and decided to overtake and switch lanes without allowing for a safe distance. I managed to slow down in time to avoid collision. Driver continued driving recklessly further on.
