Reckless Driving N1 on your way to Paarl

An old blue car was speeding over the speed limit, it almost hit but ran a skateboarder off the road. It then turned down Kirsten Ave, then to 13 Jacob Ave. in Kommetjie. The driver was approached. The driver was extremely drunk and aggressive.
Reckless Driving - Public Transport Monte Vista Bridge going onto the N1

Fully loaded taxi came from the N1 onto the Monte Vista bridge and then continued to jump the red light and drove right into oncoming traffic to proceed back onto N1.

As I approached the bakkie on Ringwood Drive at the Forest Drive intersection, I noticed the ladder projecting from the rear by about 1 metre, without any flags. They continued like that turning right into Forest Drive and left into Jan Smuts Drive.

Truck was park illegally on a solid red line on the corner of Hudson and Somerset Roads on a busy intersection during peak traffic, blocking cars from coming out of the Caltex garage causing a major hazard and disrespect to cars hooting.

At least 10 motorcycles parked on the pavement on the corner of Belvedere & Keurboom Road almost impossible to access the pavement. so it is hazardous for pedestrians

Person parked infront of my driveway and left their vehicle. I called them over to move their vehicle away from my driveway. The photos clearly show the driver parked over the yellow line in front of my driveway. Verbal abuse ensued.
