Every morning around 9:00am, we witness the driver driving recklessly in the residential area of Strand, Goede Hoop. The driver was not stopping at any of the stop signs. The car was also weaving in and out of lanes

Disobeying various traffic laws for driving at excessive speeds, driving on the wrong side of the road and ignoring stop signs in our neighbourhood where there are children riding on bicycles and pedestrians walking and other cars are driving.
